Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit felbet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

felbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where felbet has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to felbet.
• The account holder has engaged in bonus abuse or any prohibited activity described in Section 7.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, felbet reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your felbet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures before account closure is finalized.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and felbet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter.
